  • Tweens and Teens

One-on-one coaching with a trusted professional in a relaxed environment.

Trackydak helps teens to thrive and navigate the pressures of all areas of life such as school, home and friendship groups.

Sessions can focus on a range of topics including exam stress, organisational skills and healthy study habits, motivation and productivity. Tracey tailors strategies to help with social and emotional pressures such as stress and overwhelm, self-esteem issues, bullying, coping with change and healthy boundary setting.

  • Young Adults Post Schooling

Expectations beyond high school can be daunting. Knowing what you want to do in life, your career path and how to get there isn’t always as clear as we expected it to be at this stage of life.

Trackydak is passionate about helping you find your WHY and supporting you as you move towards your goals and desired lifestyle.

Sessions focus on bringing a sense of awareness to areas of your life that you feel you would like to work on. From there, we develop strategies to help you stay on track and motivated. Trackydak also specialises in techniques to navigate pressure, stress and overwhelm.

  • Parents

Parent coaching is for parents who would like some insight and support during the adolescent phase of their child’s life.

Trackydak believes strongly that this stage of life is full of opportunity but generally gets a bad rap.

Initial parent sessions provide the opportunity to meet with Tracey to discuss ways to move towards your teen developing a healthy mindset and lifestyle.

KIND WORDS

“Tracey guided me through a tough time in my life and I believe that whatever your going through she can help you too.”

— Jaxon, 14

“I worked with Tracey from Tracydak Co to develop my parenting skills so I could better connect with my daughter. I learned so much about how teenagers think and behave and how I can take some of the behaviour less personally. Tracey taught me how kids brains are still developing and they can experience a range of emotions in a short period of time. As teens grow you can feel them disconnecting from you as they become more interested in friends and technology than you. But when you re-consider what your teen is looking for, which is independence and identity, you can start to play your role better, simply by being present and connecting with them in new ways. My relationship with my daughter is better than ever and she looks forward to her own coaching sessions with Tracey each fortnight.”

“I sought out coaching with Tracey as my child was being bullied at school. We had already moved schools due to bullying and I knew it was a problem that needed fixing or we would continue the same patterns with endless moves. Tracey worked one on one with our teen and also with us collectively as a family. She empowered our teen to adopt new, more empowering behaviours at school and also helped us as a family on how we could better engage with the teachers to end the bullying. I'm SO grateful for Tracey's help. The bullying has ceased and we feel positive and hopeful for the future.”

'“Tracey's work with our 15 year old son was transformational...she inspired him to help him get back on track to the vibrant...confident teenager he was and aided him with the tools to deal with issues that might arise in the future. We could not recommend Tracey’s services enough!!!”

— Tom B, 2022

“Tracey is an amazing mentor who I have been lucky enough to work with over the last year. Since going to her sessions I have grown so much as a person and I can credit all of this to her. She is awesome person and it reflects in her work. I’m so grateful that I was able to meet and be mentored by her.”

— Taimania, 22

“I highly recommend Tracey!!
Tracey’s ability to connect with my girls and provide them with tools to assist them before the start of the school years 7 and 10 was outstanding. My year 7 was particularly overwhelmed with anxiety about starting high school. In a calm and nurturing space, Tracey gave her valuable practices to help her with the process. These practices could also be used through out life’s ups and downs. My daughter came out of the session relaxed and ready to put the methods into practice. As a parent these practices have been most helpful to guide my daughter through struggling mornings to school. My year 10 has returned to school more focused than ever before and I also credit this to Tracey. Do not hesitate to book a session with Tracey. I am fully confident that what ever the concern is she would be able to assist!”

“My son enjoyed his session with Tracey and is totally happy to keep going. He liked the idea of talking to someone objective and I think it helped to reinforce decisions he's made about this next year at school. I could see that it gave him a bit more confidence to trust his judgement. I highly recommend Tracey she is fantastic with teenagers - patient, thorough and it's practical help.”
